The Conscious Chakras
Chakras as we know are the energy centres in our energy body also called the wheels of life. We normally have seven major chakras and plenty of minor chakras in our body. Almost every part of the body is governed by a minor energy centre. When we work on the major seven chakras things begin to change for us.
A lot of us want to heal our chakras but very few know what that is. In my personal spiritual journey, I experienced chakras and their opening at a much deeper level. I started like anyone else with daily cleansing of my chakras but gradually I learned that chakras have their own consciousness. They are not just the energy centres in our body but they contain consciousness of our experiences across lifetimes containing lifelong wisdom of time and space. To understand and receive that wisdom definitely requires the practice and persistence. Luckily, I was committed to do that. I went through the process of cleansing my chakras at a very deep level and figuring out the blocks: things which were not working out me. In return, it awakened the life force in me, my Kundalini. It wasn’t a very easy experience to be honest. It required lot of practice on my part to first clear my chakras and then allow the life force to move upwards and keep it there. I experienced multiple cycles of energy movement when my Kundalini awakened.
When we start cleansing our chakras the most important thing to notice is the patterns which are stored in every chakra. These patterns reflect our daily choices. And by changing the energy of our chakras we can change these patterns & vice versa. When we change these patterns, or blocks we begin to make our chakras conscious. When we work on the root chakra we see patterns of survival or fear or lack or it can be the past events, parental/ancestral acceptance. At the sacral it is the sexuality, the sensuality, the creation, the self-embodiment patterns which require attention. At the solar plexus, it is about taking charge, control of our life as who we are the higher purpose & its fulfilment. This chakra normally connects us to the action, the doing-ness in this life & to our infinite power. The heart chakra teaches us the lessons of self-love; the acknowledgement of self at a much deeper level, accepting each and every flaw within us. The throat chakra connects us to the self-expression, the communication to the being, the deeper truth of our own self and the universe at large. Then we come to third eye where we notice the patterns of duality, the confusion, the indecisiveness of our life. We can clear this chakra by acknowledging the duality, the very nature of life, by understanding that life moves through both good & bad, negative and positive, day & night. When we want to move only in one polarity we are not complete as we negate the other one. The acceptance of both gives us completion. Then we come to the crown chakra which is the ultimate connection to the source, to our self and to the universe. Anywhere we are not accepting the connection with the creator can affect the movement of this chakra. It also tells us how ready we are to receive from the universe.
We normally start from the lower chakras as the Kundalini energy moves from bottom to top taking its time to heal and shift each energy centre. When someone wants to raise or awaken their Kundalini they must understand that it is mandatory to work on each chakra else the energy flow gets very disturbed. The energy of the Kundalini is nothing but our very powerful and potent energy which when awakened gives us the power to create and manifest easily & quickly. In my understanding “Kundalini is the potent life force which makes us awakened on our path of awareness.”
